If you know me, you know I never recommend a product until I have thoroughly vetted it! All of the items below are things I use in my own personal life.

My goal is to create a super easy and informative list for you...with links for EASY shopping!

Recommended Kitchen Tools

Veggie Spiralizer

This is the spiralizer I used in the Zucchini Noodles video (part of the 10-Day Reset Cleanse Program). This is best for smaller vegetables.

Large Veggie Spiralizer

This spiralizer can accommodate larger veggies such as beets and potatoes.


Mandoline Slicer

This is the Mandolin slicer I use. It is really easy to store and is sturdy. Use the protective holder, it is really sharp!

Food Processor

I also use my Cuisinart food processor to slice veggies, depending on the size.

Nut Chopper

There is nothing better than a simple spring loaded nut chopper. Everything else is either time consuming or massacres nuts into a powder.


This zester is a must for the fresh zest, smell and taste of lemon rind or for microblading fresh seasoning such as cinnamon or nutmeg.

Cloth Produce Bags

Organic Cloth Produce Bags great for storing produce in the refrigerator as well as drying lettuce. Dry lettuce is the best way to dress your salad. Water repels the oil base and you lose flavor.

Water Purification

1.5 GALLON CAPACITY- The portable Travel Berkey Purification System effortlessly purifies water. The system is just 18” tall and 7.5” in diameter. This model is the perfect size for most countertops.

Immersion Blender

I have a cuisinart immersion blender that has lasted me for over 10 years but it was pricey. The new cuisinart ones do not have great reviews so I am going to suggest a less expensive model. If it lasts for 6 months to a year it was a great price. The key is the shape of the bell. It handles really chunky foods well.

Recommended Foods and Oils

Olive Oil

Everyday olive oil in glass, hand picked in Greece.

Finishing Oil

Pricey but great finishing olive oil (not for cooking). It adds a great rich flavor. You only need a drizzle to add a great finish to almost any meal. I like it on grains like short grain brown rice, fish, veggies... is really high in the healthy Phenols.


Coconut Oil

For medium heat cooking use unrefined high heat coconut oil. It is highly resistant to oxidation with a smoke temp of about 350 - 400°F. Most good clean coconut oils come from Sri Lanka where pesticides are not required or used.

Avocado Oil

The best choice for high heat cooking or sauteing is an unrefined Avocado oil with a smoke point of about 540°F. A clean avocado oil is harder to find than you would think & organic is expensive. I usually go with a non GMO (made in Mexico by a company I have vetted).

Omega 369 Oil

Organic Udo's 3 6 9 (store in refrigerator)


I like these capers because the capers are smaller and tender. And because the jar is smaller. A little caper goes a long way. A jar this size will last me several recipes that use capers. Plus a super clean product with only 3 ingredients and uses natural citric acid as preservative.

Flax seeds are rich in Essential fatty acids (EFA’s). Store ground flax in the freezer or in the refrigerator short term (4 weeks) for freshness and to protect the EFA’s from going rancid.
