We want you to love your Tru Energy Skincare products. That's why your first purchase is backed by our 60-Day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Because skincare results take time, we ask that you use your products consistently for at least 30 days before requesting a refund. If you're not seeing the results you hoped for, simply request your refund within 60 days of your purchase date — no hassle, no hard feelings.

Please note: our Satisfaction Guarantee applies to your first purchase only.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us by phone at 1-800-975-8369 or email support@truenergyskincare.com with your order number.
2. Our team will send you simple return instructions based on the products you ordered. In most cases, you'll be asked to ship the products back to us — we'll provide the return address and details.
3. Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds cover the product purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You're welcome to share why you're returning — it helps us improve — but it's never required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — including shipping. No return needed.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong product or want to try a different one? Contact us and we'll help you exchange it for something better suited to your skin.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order using the link in your confirmation email, or by contacting our customer care team with your order number. We process all orders the following business day by 12PM EST, so please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they've been dispatched — if your order has already shipped, it's covered by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee above.

Subscriptions & Renewals

Most subscriptions renew monthly — your renewal date is listed on your email receipt. You can cancel your next renewal anytime before that date by calling 1-800-975-8369 or emailing support@truenergyskincare.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
