Canceling a Subscription

Some of our products are available as auto-renewing subscriptions. Most subscriptions renew monthly, and your renewal date is listed on your email receipt.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date, and you will not be charged again. To cancel:

• Call us at 1-800-975-8369 (Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM CST), or
• Email us at support@truenergyskincare.com

Please include your order number or the email address used for your subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will receive any order already processed before your cancellation.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

If a subscription order has already been processed, it is covered by our standard Return & Refund Policy. Your first purchase is also backed by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
