These Terms of Service apply to all users of our website and customers of our products. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Products & Skincare Disclaimer

Our products are cosmetic skincare products intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on our website constitutes medical advice.

Individual results vary. If you have a skin condition, allergies, are pregnant or nursing, or have concerns about using any product, please consult your physician or dermatologist before use. Always follow the usage instructions provided, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. We recommend patch testing new products before full application.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — acceptance occurs when your order ships. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues); if we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

All orders are processed the following business day by 12PM EST. Orders can only be changed or canceled before they have been dispatched.

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Subscriptions

Some products are available as auto-renewing subscriptions. Most subscriptions renew monthly; your renewal date is listed on your email receipt. You may cancel your next renewal anytime before the renewal date by calling 1-800-975-8369 or emailing support@truenergyskincare.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping costs and delivery details are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on first purchases. Both policies form part of these terms.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotions may be subject to expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, first-time customer restrictions, or product exclusions. Unless otherwise stated, one discount code may be used per order, and codes cannot be applied to orders after they have been placed.

7. Accuracy of Information

We work hard to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings.
