Order Processing
All orders are processed the following business day by 12PM EST. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a tracking email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
United States & Canada
Standard shipping is FREE on all orders over $150.
For orders under $150, your exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you pay. We've partnered with trusted shipping carriers to bring you discounted, real-time rates — so you always get the best price available.
2-Day Express is FREE on US orders over $300.
For orders under $300, you will be eligible for free standard shipping at checkout before you pay.
International Orders
Your shipping cost will be calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on discounted rates from our trusted shipping partners.
Expedited Shipping
Need it faster? We offer:
- 2-Day Express — available at discounted carrier rates
- Overnight Shipping — available in the US and Canada
Expedited options and exact prices appear at checkout after you enter your address. Please note that expedited shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched, and are in addition to our standard processing time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the US or Canada may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees. These charges are set by your country's government — not by us — and are collected when your package arrives. They are not included in your order total at checkout, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll make it right. Damaged or incorrect items reported within 14 days of delivery (with a photo) qualify for a free replacement or full refund — including shipping. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
