The first thing that stuck out to me was the packaging. I loved the quality of the bottle and how it felt so luxe. The second thing that jumped out at me was how light the formula was but it got the job done. My face felt clean from dirt, residue, and light makeup I had on from the day. I enjoyed the smell of the product as well, gave me spa like vibes. The product transported me into relaxation. I can tell this would pair great with other products from the brand! 10/10!

I have been using Tru Energy products for 2 years now following the protocal with the cleanser and serum, and facial lotions.. I am 76yrs and my skin has been weathered by years of sun bathing. I do notice a subtle improvement in my facial wrinkles and skin smoothness. I no longer am using Botox and Restylane and feel I get better results from these products. I appreciate the teaching and that I am using products that nourish my skin.

A friend told me that a group of my friends were saying my skin always seems to be glowing. My husband recently told me that I don't seem to age as much as my friends have.
I really like this product! I can feel a difference with it and don’t feel that it’s overly greasy despite being an oil, and I really think it soaks into the skin well. I do not really understand what the energy ball is supposed to do and I wish the packaging had more information on what bio-adaptive means and what the ball is doing for me.

I really love this Bio-Adaptive Hydration Oil! Not only does it make my skin glow, but it keeps it incredibly hydrated all day long. It’s been so easy to incorporate into my skincare routine by just mixing a drop into my daily moisturizer. This is truly a unique product!
I honestly enjoyed the product. I wish it foamed more but I think the product packing is great! The smell is nice and not overpowering. The cleanser does not feel too harsh on the skin.
The oil has a nice silky feel, it’s not heavy or greasy and a few drops are perfect to leave face and neck feel soft and moisturized. I love the ingredients and the thoughtful balance of drawing in moisture, nourishing the skin and protecting the barrier. I used it alone but will try mixing in with moisturizer in the future. It layered well with my other skincare and makeup. My skins feels soft and hydrated and I think the oil definitely helped, it’s a hydration boost for sure.
The gently clarifying facial cleanser from Tru Energy has truly elevated my nighttime routine. I love having a simple routine I follow every night with my favorite tea, washing my face and applying serum and cream. Overall just getting ready to relax for the evening. Having a face wash with all natural ingredients and balancing botanicals is refreshing and my skin is very happy not being dried out or irritated from harsher treatments.
I started using Tru Energy skincare gently clarifying facial cleanser. I’ve really been enjoying this in my morning & evening skincare routine. The cleanser smells sooooo good!! I concentrate on my T Zone areas where I tend to have more oil and buildup. It washes away thoroughly, no residue, and it's very gentle. My skin feels clean and very refreshed, almost cooling after. It's a great cleanser because it doesn't strip my natural oils from my face which would dry my face out. I recommend!
Truly The Best. I’ve tried so many organic and natural products over the years and for the most part I have been pleased. I was in a car fire as a teenager and my skin became very sensitive to drugstore products and in those days there weren’t pure and clean choices. I have minimal scarring that only doctors and very young children notice. A couple of years ago I heard about Tru Energy Skincare and was curious about the wand. I made the purchase and got to work! This is definitely a treatment like Dr. Cathy has stated. The products are the best I’ve ever tried and the wand is the tool that takes it to the next level. The minimal scars have soften and instead of redness and puffyness, my skin glows and feels moist. I do get compliments and I see that a few years have melted away. After a couple years of using the Tru Energy I knew that I needed to sign up for the subscription. I’m glad that I did. I do the wand 4 to 6 times a week because it feels so good to me. Best products I have tried. The cleanser is very light. The day cream is moisturizing and feels really clean. The night cream is thicker and feels more protective. The scrubbing face mask enlivens my skin. The serum is just the icing on the cake!

Tru Energy products that help your skin. I do like the products but the issue is for the price there isn't much of them--the day cream isn't that much so is the nightcream and the serum is also good but they need to be larger so they last longer.

I love my Tru Energy products. I use my Tru Energy products daily and before bed. I started seeing good results about a month to 6weeks after starting. I live in Arizona so my skin is way too dry if not kept nourished and protected. I feel better and look better for using it. Thank you!
I Recommend This System 100%!!!. I've had pretty good skin most of my life, and at 65 I'm still getting compliments on how few wrinkles I have. Recently, however, I've lost a lot of weight due to chronic gastro issues (Celiac finally confirmed), and I've noticed the development of marionette lines around my mouth and puffiness around my eyes. I am not new to skincare products and devices (I have tried many), but I love the idea of a skincare regimen that is clean, non-invasive, and more cost effective than what I've used previously - that is what I have found in Tru Energy. I have only been using this system for two weeks (as of today), and even though I (admittedly) did not take before photos, I am noticing a difference in the integrity of my skin, specifically around my mouth and eyes. I have been doing the protocol during the day, but at night, or whenever my skin feels like it needs that extra hydration, I have been adding an extra layer of moisturizer after using the Tru Energy day or night cream. I have a stash of leftover high quality products that I have been using for this purpose.
I bought this kit and love it the drying towel is a game changer! The product is doing wonders for my skin and my lips. Love love love this frequency based products.

I certainly see a more vibrant face when I look in the mirror. I'm nearing 70 and I feel I look better than 10 years ago...more youthful, much better skin.
I have been using TrueEnergy at least since 2017. I use it frequently, most mornings I start my day with the wands, I can tell around my mouth where I have been lifting the memory is now there, and my mouth itself has a fuller look. In December I fell face forward, fortunately I didn't break my nose, but my forehead took most of the force. I still have a knot above my left eyebrow, although it continues to reduce in size. I stopped using the wands for a short period because my forehead was scratched and very tender. When the black eyes were healed a slight discoloration still showed lower on my cheeks several weeks later. I began using the wands again and it helped to restore the even skin tone. I am 69 years of age, and my skin tone is very even, I believe TruEnergy has helped me maintain this. I do have one age spot that has surfaced below my cheekbone about an inch from my mouth. Cathy mentioned age spots and their treatment but didn't say what could be done to target this issue. I really love the products and the entire system.
